Pro stock hockey equipment travels a lot—from manufacturers to team locker rooms and finally to our warehouse.
Our team ensures that your purchase is as perfect as possible, but due to handling and transportation, new sticks and equipment may have minor cosmetic imperfections like nicks or scratches.

As you may know, pro stock sticks are sold without a manufacturer warranty. As the retailer, we’ve chosen to reflect this in our pricing structure, offering lower prices rather than implementing time-consuming and labor-intensive warranty processes. This means that, in the long run, our customers save a significant amount of money compared to paying full retail prices for sticks with a warranty.
However, we completely understand how frustrating it is when a stick breaks quickly. To help, we offer our customers a discount on a replacement stick in situations where a stick breaks within 30 days.
The discount amount varies depending on the situation, so if a stick breaks, simply reach out to us.
To be eligible for this discount, you will need to send us proof of the broken stick (pictures by email is acceptable).
Applies to all All Black player sticks (All Black goalie stick are not covered)
All All Black player sticks come with a 30-day warranty starting from the date of purchase or delivery. If your stick breaks within this period, you may qualify for a one-time full replacement.
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof in the form of a video. Please contact us at info@hockeyonsale.com to submit your claim.
Important: This warranty provides a one-time replacement only. The replacement stick does not include any additional warranty. Any applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What Classifies as a Break
HockeyOnSale reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if we determine the stick was intentionally broken or if there is repeated abuse of the warranty policy
