Pro stock hockey equipment travels a lot—from manufacturers to team locker rooms and finally to our warehouse.
Our team ensures that your purchase is as perfect as possible, but due to handling and transportation, new sticks and equipment may have minor cosmetic imperfections like nicks or scratches.

As you may know, pro stock sticks are sold without a manufacturer warranty. As a retailer, we’ve chosen to reflect this in our pricing by offering lower prices rather than implementing time-consuming and labor-intensive warranty processes.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a stick breaks quickly. However, even with an occasional early break, the savings from buying pro stock sticks can really add up over time compared to paying full retail prices for sticks with a warranty.
Applies to all All Black player sticks (All Black goalie stick are not covered)
All All Black player sticks come with a 30-day warranty starting from the date of purchase or delivery. If your stick breaks within this period, you may qualify for a one-time full replacement.
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide proof in the form of a video within the warranty period, starting from the date of purchase or delivery. Proof received after the expiration of the warranty period will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@hockeyonsale.com to submit your claim.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL. Claims will NOT be accepted or processed in store.
Important: This warranty provides a one-time replacement only. The replacement stick does not include any additional warranty. The stick will be replaced with a new one of the same flex and curve. Any applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
HockeyOnSale reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if we determine the stick was intentionally broken or if there is repeated abuse of the warranty policy

Returns on skates only are accepted within 15 days of purchase/delivery, at the customer’s expense. To initiate a return, simply contact us.
For all other items, due to the high cost of shipping and the time required to process returns, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Managing returns involves inspection, verification, and restocking procedures that are not feasible given our current operations. Our competitive pricing model is built on very thin margins, which unfortunately does not allow us to absorb the costs associated with returns, including handling and reverse logistics
