Shipping

We strive to get your order packaged and sent out as quickly as possible since we know how excited you get once you’ve placed your order (we’re hockey players too!). This usually results in next-day shipping.

We work with Purolator, Canada Post, USPS, and other carriers to provide the fastest shipping at the best price. Estimated delivery time varies by location:

  • Expedited Parcels (Quebec): 1-3 business days
  • Expedited Parcels (Rest of Canada): 2-5 business days
  • Expedited USA: 4-6 business days
  • Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

For US Customers

Once your order enters the US, you need to track it on the USPS website using the same tracking number for more accurate updates.

Shipping Pro Tip

The shipping cost for one or more hockey sticks is almost the same. That’s why we offer 2-pack deals—so you can save on shipping and get a better price per stick.

Pick Up at Our Warehouse

Want to save on shipping fees? You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse near Montreal in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines.

Simply select this option at checkout and contact us to schedule a pickup appointment.

Understanding of Imperfection

Pro stock hockey equipment travels a lot—from manufacturers to team locker rooms and finally to our warehouse.

Our team ensures that your purchase is as perfect as possible, but due to handling and transportation, new sticks and equipment may have minor cosmetic imperfections like nicks or scratches.

Warranty

To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer full warranties. This is standard industry practice for pro stock hockey sticks, as they don’t come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

However, we take pride in customer satisfaction. If your stick breaks within 30 days of receiving your order, we will offer you a discount on a replacement stick.

To be eligible for this discount, send us proof of the broken stick (a picture by email is acceptable).

HockeyOnSale sells all products "as is" or "as manufactured."

We do our best to present products accurately with detailed descriptions and quality photos. However, most pro stock products are highly customized for individual players and may differ from retail versions in materials and design.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the high cost of shipping, we cannot process returns or exchanges. Our low prices come with thin margins, which don’t allow us to cover return costs.

All sales are final once your order is placed on our website.

If we made an error in shipping, please notify us immediately via email so we can correct it.

Pricing

Hockey players are everywhere! That’s why we allow you to shop in CAD or USD. Your local currency is automatically selected based on your location.
