The high cost of shipping makes it difficult to process returns/exchanges. Our low prices come with thin margins that doesn’t allow us to cover returns/exchanges. Once your order is placed on our website, the sale is final.

Warranty
Since we want to offer the lowest price, we have to cut as much as possible on expenses. Therefore, we won’t be offering full warranties. This is standard industry practice for pro stock hockey sticks since they don’t come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
However, since we do take pride in customer satisfaction, we are willing to offer our own limited warranty for unluncky costumers. That way, if by some misfortune your stick breaks within the first 10 days following the reception of your order, we will offer you a discount on your replacement stick. Just contact us for further information
Note: in order to be eligible for the discount, you must send proof of the broken equipement, sending us a picture by email is acceptable
